| Metallographic sample cutting machine
is the use of high-speed rotating grinding wheel to cut
metallographic samples, it is widely used in metallographic
laboratory to cut various metal materials. The metallographic
sample cutting machine is equipped with a cooling device to take
away the heat generated during cutting, so as to avoid changing
the metallographic structure of the sample when it encounters
heat. This machine can not only cut the circular workpiece with
a diameter of less than 80mm, but also cut the rectangular
sample within a height of 80mm and a depth of 200mm. |

To achieve the best sample cutting in a safe state, the
cutting machine uses a high-speed rotating wafer reinforced
wheel to cut the sample. The grinding wheel is easy to
replace and the cutting effect is good.

In order to avoid burning the material tissue due to
overheating during the cutting process, the machine is
equipped with a water cooling system, which carries away the
heat generated during cutting by cooling water and
discharges the waste water generated by cutting through the
drain pipe.
