1. All steel forming
head
All steel head, sharp cutter with high working efficiency.

Dough Forming Pan
When the cutter rotates, it can cut quantitative dough
automatically which drops into the forming pan. After
formed, doughs can be thrown out into the picking pan.

There are two casters at the bottom of the machine, which

The size of steamed buns blank
can be controlled by adjusting the adjustable shelf to
change the distance between hanger sheave and front panel.

- Too hard or too soft dough will effect
forming. Recommended proportion of flour to water: 1:0.4-0.45.

machine and food contact part of the material are food grade

- The design of
