Large Handwheel
Manually operated with a

Entrance Port

Adjustable Knobs

which can be rotated according to the thickness of the cane
and adjust the width of the rollers to improve the juice
yield.

Discharge Port
The sugarcane juice extractor adopts a slope design for the
sugarcane residue outlet, which allows the squeezed
sugarcane residue to be discharged more smoothly and avoids
blockage.

Stainless Steel Filter Tray
The filter screen is located above the juice outlet, which
can effectively filter the residue generated in the juice
extraction process, make sugar cane juice more pure. The
filter tray and filter screen are made of stainless steel,
but there may be a small amount of rust at the welding
point, please clean it before use!!!

Mounting Hole
The mounting fixing holes on the base make it easy to secure
the sugarcane juicer to the tabletop, ensuring the stability
and security of the device during operation.

1. Before
pressing sugarcane, first cut the root and the head away. Juice
extraction rate: 60%-80%.
2. Sugarcane with the diameter of more than 30mm needs to be
broken in half.
3. If the machine has high load, reversely swing directly.
4. Add grease to the transmission gear every week.
5. After squeezing is finished, you should wash the rollers
timely, make sure no sticky residues are in juice box.
6. Clean and maintain the machine after use. |
