5. The bending machine may have rectification sparks during use, and sparks will also occur when the switch is opened and closed. At the same time, be sure to stop using it in closed rooms, tunnels and other places without ventilation.

6. For safety, please wear a helmet and safety shoes with rubber soles.

7. Please use protective goggles to protect your eyes during operation. In addition, in dusty occasions, please use a dust mask and a dust collector at the same time.

8. For the installation of the bending push block and accessories, please use the method of stop gauge at the regular position and use the specified tool to correctly carry out. At the same time, the installed cover and bolts have their own important functions, please do not remove them.

9. Before inserting the plug into the power supply, please confirm whether the switch is disconnected to prevent the bending machine from starting suddenly.

10. Do not transport the bending machine when the plug is connected to the power supply. Do not hang clothes on the switch, it is easy to close the switch by mistake, which will cause an accident.

11. Please always pay attention to the soles of your feet and work in a stable posture. Working in an inappropriate state will bring danger.

12. When the bending machine is found to be in bad condition or abnormal during use, please stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance.

13. Do not use the bending machine and its accessories beyond the scope of its use, and do not perform excessive operations. Improper operation will not only cause damage to the bending machine, but also be dangerous, please avoid it.

14. When the bending machine is running, please never touch the bending push block and the rotating part, and keep your hands and face away.

5. Please check the push block frequently so that it is always used in good condition.

6. This machine has a motor part, so please do not use it in rain or snow.

7. Be sure to tighten the bolts and nuts after every 300-500 bends. Especially the bolts of the sealing part between the head frame and the cylinder block.

8. Please keep the bending machine and accessories in the following places:

A. Places out of reach of children.

B. Places where temperature and humidity do not change drastically.

C. Avoid rain and places with high humidity.

D. Places out of direct sunlight.

E. Avoid placing it in places prone to fire or explosion and volatile substances.

How to use:

1. Please place the length of the bent steel bar on the bottom of the head frame and the push block according to the required length.

2. Clamp the rebar and turn on the switch.

3. The piston moves forward, the steel bar is bent, observe the bending angle with eyes, then release the switch, the motor stops running, pull back the valve handle, and the piston retreats.
