Introduction to construction: |
Inside the
laboratory
Spray tower: the inner glass sprinkler is
placed inside the nozzle, and the spray is dispersed into the laboratory
through the tower tube approach channel and then through the cone
dispersion.
Spray regulator: adjust the spray volume, increase the spray
volume, reduce the spray volume.
The brine preheating tank: is located at the bottom of the spray
tower. The brine in this tank is injected into the preheating tank
through the brine replenishment bottle. The water level of the
preheating tank is controlled by the float ball, and the water level can
be controlled automatically, and the drainage port for cleaning in the
bottom of the tank is controlled by the silica gel plug.
Hot water tank: this tank is attached to the bottom of the
laboratory, which is used to heat up the laboratory to keep the
temperature stable, and its function is heated and insulated. |

Outside the
laboratory
Insulated
tank: use the principle of water seal to avoid salt spray leakage.
Saturated air bucket: placed at the bottom of the control box, a
sealed, made of 304 stainless steel plate, its function is that the air
is heated and humidified through the bucket, so that the air reaches
saturated humidity and then spray to the nozzle.
Test cover: roof angle 100 degree perspective cover, used to
cover the upper part of the laboratory as a whole.
Pressure regulating valve: this valve is adjusted by pressure
gauge display when the air pressure is too high or too low.
Pressure gauge: the pressure shown by this meter pointer is the
pressure achieved when the air is heated through a saturated air bucket
to convey the nozzle.

Laboratory
temperature control: to control the temperature of the laboratory,
according to the standard temperature, brine test 35 ℃, corrosion
resistance test 50 ℃.
Saturated air
barrel temperature controller: control saturated air barrel
temperature, temperature setting, brine test 47 ℃, corrosion resistance
test 63 ℃.
Chronograph:
adjustable 0.1s-999.9hr can set the test time at will, and finally
stop automatically.
Heating tank
temperature controller: control the water temperature of the heating
tank, this controller is to cooperate with the laboratory temperature to
control the environmental temperature change around the testing machine
is too large, but also to cooperate with the adjustment, its setting
mode is located in the control box.
Brine spray
test: laboratory temperature controller set 35 ℃, saturated air
