Safety Precautions

1. Before installing and operating the machine, please carefully read the instruction manual to avoid the unnecessary damage to the machine.

2. Place the machine on the horizontal ground and keep the environmental temperature constant within the range of 0-40˚C.

3. Please check whether all fasteners and screws are loose before operating the machine.

4. Ensure that the machine is connected with the matched 110V power supply.

5. Only the professionals are allowed to repair the machine.

6. If abnormal noise appears or operation is abnormal in the machine operating process, please turn off the power switch to stop the machine immediately.

7. The corrosive diluent cannot be added to the colorant canisters, otherwise the silica gel rings in the colorant canisters will be corroded, and the discharging fault will be caused.

8. When the machine is not used for a long time, please check whether the discharging nozzle is blocked. If yes, please clean the discharging nozzle.

9. When the machine is powered on, do not touch the circuit board and other moving parts so as to avoid the electric shock and other injuries.

10. Be sure to keep the normal working state of the machine and use the special parts to replace the damaged parts.

Product Features

There is a front electrical structure inside the machine, different components and parts are integrated orderly, and inspection and maintenance are convenient if necessary.

The rolling brush assembly is installed in the brush box, the discharging nozzle can be automatically cleaned by the rolling brush in the working process, and the cleaning effect is good.

Laser light can assist in locating the paint can, and the paint can sensor can give an alarm if there is no paint can. The sensitivity is high, the locating precision is high, and the using effect is better.

There are 16 colorant canisters with stirring paddles. Colorants in the canisters can be automatically stirred to avoid accumulation, and the quantity of remaining colorants can be measured by the stirring paddles.

The top observation window is designed for the dispenser, the rotating state of canisters can be observed clearly, the canisters can be filled with colorants easily, and operation is convenient.

There are safety fasteners between the cabinet door and the cabinet body, the door can be opened and closed easily and flexibly, and the fastening effect is better.

The display screen can display the specific dispensing process in real time clearly and visibly, the operator can master the dispensing procedure timely, and the user experience is better.

The machine power switch, the output power switch, the indicator button and the COM Port are integrated on the machine, independent control is well achieved, and operation is convenient.

Installation and Use Method

1. The automatic colorant dispenser is packaged with a firm wooden box and tightly fixed inside the wooden box to ensure the safety in the transportation process.

2. Do not power on the machine immediately after receiving the machine. Before powering on the machine, be sure to take down the 2 screws at the bottom, otherwise the machine will be damaged.

(1) Open the front door.
(2) Loosen the screws and open the back plate.
(3) Take down the 2 screws at the bottom. These 2 screws are only used for protecting the machine during transportation.
(4) After taking down the 2 screws, close the front door and reinstall the back plate.
　

3. Install the keyboard support, the mouse support and the host support on the machine.

Note: Screws for the keyboard support, the mouse support and the host support have been installed on the machine before delivery. Please take down these screws from the machine body, then install the keyboard support, the mouse support and the host support and fix them with the screws.
　

4. Connect the power line to the power socket, and turn on the colorant dispenser.

5. Pour the appropriate quantity of colorants to the colorant canisters.

Note 1: After all the colorant canisters are filled with colorants, each pump body must be emptied before color mixing, otherwise the discharging accuracy will be affected.
Note 2: Be sure to add water into the brush box to the 3/4 level every 3-4 days.
