A device that rolls along the base
material surface to guide the exact welding position, which
improves welding efficiency and quality, and ensures an

Our welding
carriage
is equipped with high-precision adjusting handles, including
torch adjusting handle, up/down adjusting handle, and
left/right adjusting handle, which allow precise adjustment
of the torch in multiple directions. It is easy to operate
for both vertical and horizontal fillet welding.

Loosen this screw to adjust the angle
of the welding torch (40°-55°) , which must be locked after
adjusting the angle.
|
Small capacity, low gravity center,
lightweight and portable, making it easy to move and
install. The compact design makes this trolley easy to use
both in tight spaces and to move quickly between workplaces.

- Master
welding projects with precision and ease
- The body is made of aluminum alloy precision casting, compact
structure, lightweight and portable for horizontal butt welding
and fillet welding.
- The trolley travels on a flat track, which is suitable for
long and straight welding seams.
- The two ends of the trolley are installed with inductive stop
switch, the trolley can automatically stop after the end of
welding.
- The bottom of the trolley is installed with a permanent magnet
to make the trolley walking and welding more stable walking
speed digital display, accurate control accuracy, easy to
operate.
- Note: A guide rail of 71.3 inches(1.8 meters) in length is
provided.
