1.For the circuit
breaker (air switch), the two wires must be connected as
follows: one to the live wire and one to the neutral wire. Note:
The positions of the neutral and live wires are interchangeable!
The yellow-green wire is the ground wire (earth wire). The
ground wire MUST be properly connected before use.
2.Flammable materials such as cotton or wood chips are strictly
prohibited near the machine; always wear protective gear to
prevent spark injuries during welding operations.
3.After each weld, thoroughly clean the working electrodes using
an air gun to eliminate slag buildup, ensuring consistent
current output and blade alignment.
4.Clean contaminants from the transformer and internal
electrical components every six months, and regularly lubricate
guide rails, shafts, and moving parts to maintain smooth
operation.
5.ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT WITH PROCESSING AREAS DURING MACHINE
OPERATION!!! Disconnect the power supply immediately when the
equipment remains idle for extended periods. |
