The 64'' full automatic pneumatic laminating
machine is a professional laminator for covering various drawings with
different films with or without back paper in a cold press or heating
mode, and the drawings processed through the laminating operation are
colorful, waterproof and colorfast and have an excellent display effect.
The laminator has two control modes of automation and foot pedal to
achieve the cold and thermal laminating operation. It also has the
independent cutters to cut the laminated drawings as required. It is an
excellent laminating machine for the enterprises and industries of
advertising, printing, photography, packaging and the like. |

pneumatic laminating machine is equipped with a compact control
panel where multiple switches are integrated. The control panel
has the functions of operation indication, digital display, mode
switching, parameter adjustment and speed regulation, has the

display and convenient to adjust, and greatly improves the
working efficiency and effect. |

The power switch
and multiple connectors are combined on the back panel, the air
pressure gauge, the foot pedal and the power cord can be
connected to the laminator easily and effortlessly, the power
control over the machine is facilitated, fuses can be stored and
replaced conveniently, and the operator can master the parts and
performance of the laminating machine quickly and successfully. |

| The two
emergency stop switches are arranged on the left side and right
side of the laminator independently, the operator can press any
one of emergency stop switches to stop the machine in emergency
according to their habits and actual situations, and the safety
of operators and machine can be effectively protected. |

There are two
placement positions for the film stripping rod. The film
stripping rod can be placed at the low position when it is used,
and placed at the high position when it is idle. The film
stripping rod can be taken and stored conveniently and easily,
the structure is simple, and time and labor are saved. |

| The
supporting rods are equipped with tensioning knobs at the ends,
the tension can be appropriately adjusted as needed after the
supporting rods are installed, assembling, disassembling and
adjustment are facilitated, so the supporting rods are fixed
reliably and stably, and the supporting effect is excellent. |

The laminating
machine is equipped with 4 cutter sets which can be adjusted and
fixed freely and flexibly to cater to different cutting
requirements in the working process. The white edges and other
unnecessary portions of finished products can be cut away
accurately and quickly, and the integration of laminating and
cutting is well achieved. |

| The air
pressure gauge can clearly display the air pressure and monitor
the pressure state in real time to effectively avoid the
phenomenon of overpressure or insufficient pressure and ensure
that the laminating operation can be carried out smoothly and
successfully. In addition, the air compressor and the laminator
can be firmly connected through the air pressure gauge. |

The novel
dual-function foot pedal is adopted for the laminating machine
and has the functions of controlling the silicone roller to move
up and down and the machine to run, thereby greatly reducing the
operating complexity, liberating double hands of the operator
and well assisting the operator in laminating the drawings. |

| Casters
with brakes are firmly installed at the bottom of the laminator,
have an effective braking function and a stable supporting
effect, and facilitate movement and fixing of the machine body
to adapt to different working environments. |
|
The laminating
machine is also equipped with an anti-static rope for
electrostatic dissipation, thereby effectively remove the static
electricity of the film, providing the safety guarantee for the
laminating operation and ensuring the good laminating effect. |

Operation
Method |
1. Connect the air compressor. (No air
compressor is included, and customers need to use their own air
compressor.)
2. Connect the 110V power supply and turn the emergency switch. Both
cold lamination and thermal lamination can be conducted, and the
