Attention

Product Features

The binding machine has the maximum binding length of 340mm and the maximum binding thickness of 60mm. The inside page clamping trolley can be controlled by the control switch to clamp the inside pages to be glued, operation and control are easy and convenient, and the clamping effect is excellent. The use of the adjusting knob achieves the function of aligning the book block with the cover, making adjustment of the deviation between the inside pages and the cover convenient and quick.

The binding machine is equipped with a multiple-teeth tungsten steel alloy sun cutter and two small milling cutters, the burrs on the spine can be effectively removed by the cutters, the convenience is provided for the later gluing operation, and the binding effect and quality can be effectively guaranteed. The tungsten steel alloy material is adopted by the cutters, so that the cutters are more durable and firmer.

The integral cast aluminum glue tank is designed, uniform heating can be achieved, and the glue tank is safe, environmentally friendly and durable. The double gluing wheels are adopted for applying the bottom glue to the inside pages more uniformly, so that the binding machine is suitable for batch binding. The new side gluing technology is adopted, automatic gluing of the side of the book spine is achieved, and the gluing effect is more perfect.

The binding machine is equipped with a vertical lifting gear and book cover clamping rack structure, the gears and racks cooperate with each other to achieve the better forming effect. The design of two magnets can block the book cover, thereby preventing the book cover from moving in the binding process and having a good fixing effect. The moving support can well support the book cover and be adjusted according to the size of the book cover, and the practicability is higher.

The 7'' touch screen is designed for intelligent control over the binding operation, can support multiple self-detection functions and is more stable and reliable, the service life can be prolonged by 30%, and the quick response, accurate operation and intelligent protection can also be achieved. The machine has 3 binding modes including the manual mode, the automatic mode and the fast mode, the modes can be freely chosen and easily switched, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

The two knobs are designed for adjusting the square corner and circular corner spine forming effect according to the actual demand, adjustment is easy and convenient, the operator can adjust the spine forming effect according to the thickness of the cover paper, and the practicability is greatly enhanced. The adjusting value can be observed clearly and visually, and the operator can record multiple data so as to achieve the best forming effect.

The binding machine is equipped with a high-quality dust collecting motor with the power of 1.9KW, thereby providing the stable and powerful driving force for the machine, ensuring that the amount of paper is less, and improving the binding quality. The cloth bag in the cabinet can collect the dust and paper scraps generated by milling operation of the milling cutter, thereby facilitating garbage collection, reducing the environmental pollution and keeping the machine clean.

The binding machine is of a new strengthened integral machine frame structure, the precision machining technology is adopted, the precision meets the professional standards, and the durability is higher. The universal wheels with brakes are designed at the bottom of the machine frame, so that the binding machine is convenient to move and stop and easily arrives at various working places.

Operation Method

1. Open the outer package, remove the four packing bolts in the box, place the machine on a solid and level ground, and check whether all accessories are available.

2. Connect the power plug of the machine to the power supply correctly, and turn on the power switch of the machine.

3. After turning on the power switch of the machine, the machine will automatically enter the preheating state. When the set temperature value is achieved, the machine can enter the working state. Preset parameters can be modified on the touch screen in the preheating process as required.

4. Select different binding mode to meet different binding requirements.
(1) Select the manual mode, and place the cover on the clamping platform correctly. Place the inside pages neatly into the inside page clamping platform, press the control switch to clamp the inside pages, press the start switch and begin to glue binding. Finish a series of binding motions in the moving process of the clamping trolley, and take out the finished product.
(2) Select the automatic mode, bind the first book manually, and then conduct automatic binding. Place the cover on the clamping platform correctly, and place the inside pages neatly into the inside page clamping platform. The clamping trolley can automatically clamp the inside pages and moves to the right side, and glue binding begins. Finish a series of binding motions in the moving process of the clamping trolley, and take out the finished product.
(3) Select the fast mode, place the cover on the clamping platform correctly, and place the inside pages neatly into the inside page clamping platform. 5. After finishing the binding work, turn off the power switch, disconnect the main power supply, and remove the residual glue on the surface around the glue tank after cooling down the machine.
Clean the paper scraps in the cloth bag according to the actual situation of the machine.
