How to use :
1. Assemble the machine according to the instruction manual, ensure the machine is stable, and especially pay attention to the installation of the rear position.
2. Place the hand cart on a flat ground.
3. Connect the machine to the power supply with the input of 220V.
4. Use tools such as a shovel to pour the to-be-screened sand and gravel into the feed inlet of the rolling screen evenly and slowly. Avoid pouring too much sand and gravel at one time (the single feeding amount should not exceed 2/3 of the screen's load capacity) to prevent the sand and gravel from piling up and blocking the screen, which may cause the roller to get stuck or the motor to be overloaded.
5. The rolling screen rotates the roller to make the fine materials (sand that meets the screen hole size requirement) pass through the gaps of the screen and enter the discharge area below, and the coarse materials (impurities larger than the screen hole size) will be discharged from the screen opening along with the rotation of the roller. It is necessary to remove the coarse materials timely to prevent the coarse materials from piling up and being mixed with the fine materials. During the operation, if it is necessary to move the equipment, firstly, stop feeding, wait until all the sand and gravel in the screen are discharged, then unlock the wheels and push the machine slowly. It is prohibited to forcibly move the equipment while it is running.
6. After the operation, turn off the power supply, and clean away the dust, sand and gravel on the equipment frame and the receiving hopper to prevent accumulation and corrosion of the equipment.

- While the equipment is running, it is forbidden to put hands or tools into the rolling screen to prevent entanglement accidents.
-The equipment has a limited load capacity. Do not screen heavy objects (such as large stones, concrete blocks) that exceed the screen's load-bearing capacity, so as to prevent screen deformation or roller shaft breakage. |
