| Adjustment method |
|
1.Twist both handles simultaneously
and rotate clockwise. The smaller the gap, the smaller the
particles.
2.Twist both handles simultaneously
and rotate counterclockwise. The larger the gap, the larger the
particles.

| Operation Method |
|
1.Before starting the machine, check whether all
components of the equipment are normal, whether the feed inlet is
blocked by foreign objects, and whether the power connection is firm.
2.Start the equipment. After the equipment runs
stably, slowly and evenly pour peanuts into the feed inlet. Avoid
pouring too many at once to cause blockage. Strictly feed according to
the rated capacity of the equipment to avoid overloading, which may lead
to equipment failure or material splashing.
3.According to production needs, the gap between
the crushing rollers can be adjusted by turning the handwheel to control
the discharge particle size.
4.During the operation of the equipment, the
operator must not leave the post. Closely monitor the operation status
of the equipment. If abnormal situations (such as abnormal noise,
vibration, unsmooth discharge, etc.) are found, stop the machine
immediately for inspection. When cleaning up jams or blockages, ensure
that the power supply is disconnected, and use tools to assist in
cleaning. It is forbidden to reach into the equipment with hands.
5.After the operation is completed, first stop
feeding, let the equipment continue to run for 2 - 3 minutes, discharge
the crushed peanuts remaining in the machine, and then turn off the
power supply.

Maintenance |
|
1.Regularly check the
connection of all components of the equipment. If loose bolts are found,
tighten them in time.
2.After the operation
every day, clean the surface of the equipment and the remaining
materials inside to keep the equipment clean.
3.Regularly check the wear
of the crushing rollers. If severe wear is found, replace them in time.
4.Regularly lubricate the
transmission components of the equipment and add an appropriate amount
of lubricating oil.
5.When the equipment is
not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the equipment clean, cover
it with dust - proof cloth, and place it in a dry and ventilated place. |

Precautions for Machine Use |

1.Wear a tight - fitting work uniform, with cuffs tied up. Do not wear
loose clothing or long - hanging accessories (to prevent being involved
in into the machinery).
2.Wear
protective gloves (to avoid direct contact of hands with materials or
blades) and goggles (to prevent scrap from splashing and injuring the
eyes).
3.Long
hair must be tied up and a work cap worn. It is forbidden to operate the
rotating parts of the machine directly with hands or gloves (unless
explicitly allowed).
4.When
cleaning up material jams or blockages, ensure that the power supply is
disconnected, and use tools for assistance. It is forbidden to reach
into the equipment with hands.
5.When
cleaning the equipment, avoid directly washing the motor, power supply
and other components with water
6.Minors
or untrained personnel are prohibited from operating the equipment.
Horseplay or distraction during operation is forbidden.
7.The
equipment should be placed on a stable and dry ground, away from
flammable items. Avoid using it in a humid environment (to prevent
electric shock). |
