Operation Method |

The grain grinding machine can be
used according to the steps of putting food materials into
the feeding hopper, adjusting the feeding valve, turning on the power
switch, adjusting the powder fineness properly and finally discharging
the fine powder. |

Attention |
|
1. Adjust the metal screw so as to prevent the motor
from getting stuck due to the too fast feeding. |
|
2. In order to prevent static grinding rotation and
loosening, fix screws to the grinding cavity. |
|
3. The materials must be dry, wet and oily materials
cannot be ground, otherwise they will adhere to the grinding disc. |
|
4. The grinding working space must be based on the
thickness of the material. When the space needs to be adjusted, first
loosen the adjustment nut, and then adjust the space by adjusting the
screws properly. |
|
5. Dynamic adjustment of the grinding disc. Remove the moving grinding
part, loosen three screws, remove the spring, move it back to
horizontal-axis grinding equipment, and then adjust the grinding disc
until it coincides with the static state. |

6. The
grinding head cannot be cleaned with water. |
