(1)Adjusting: 1)Top
mould, lower mould and tools should be prepared.
2)Loosen the nut between the top pressure head
and base plate.
3)Replacing the top mould and lower mould
respectively.
(1)Adjusting height of the can, turn off the
on-off of top mould and lift, lift the lower mould by inching to the
position that hob touch the top mould. Loosen the nut on adjusting screw
rod and adjust the height according to the can, put a can with cover to
adjust the top mould touch it just then rotate the screw rod to lift the
can 2-3mm to let cover keep sealing and rotating then lock the nut.
(2)Adjusting hobs, don't make the hobs touch the
top mould when adjusting or damage them. From left to right, rotate the
can shaft by inching to make the highest point of left can toward the
bearing of hob. Then adjust the distance between left hob and top mould
about 2mm and ensure the distance between the upper edge of hob and top
mould about 0.5-0.8mm that vary based on the thickness of the plastic
can. After that, lock the nuts on base plate. The left hob effect the
roll rim and the right hob effect shaper. The method of right hob
adjusting is the same as left hob, only the distance between the upper
edge of hob and top mould about 1.0-1.5mm.
