This jaw crusher is made of manganese steel which has more hardness than carbon steel.

It is applicable to medium and fine crushed materials for the purposes of laboratory and production and primarily provided as environmental protection equipment for coal, electric power, mine, geology, chemical, metallurgy, building material and other industries.

Attentions:

1.Install the machine on a sturdy base to avoid uneven force.

2.Put the side of strap against the wall for safety.

3.For the convenience of outlet, install the machine on a proper height.

4.Check the screws and strap before testing machine.

5.No-load test. It’s available to use after half an hour of test.

6.It’s better to crush medium-hard materials for prolonging the lifespan of the machine.

7.There’s a sample power line on the motor, replace a new line in the same way.
