2. Confirm the cylinder material compatibility before grinding various materials. Do not grind strong corrosive materials. Do not overload the machine.

3. Regularly check the wear of steel balls and replace them in time to ensure the grinding efficiency.

4. After wet grinding, clean the cylinder in time to avoid material residue and caking, which affects the next experiment.

5. Do not open the cylinder protection during operation to avoid mechanical injury.

6. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
    Do not put the hands into the machine.
    Do not allow people or objects to be located next to the running parts of the machine.

Control Panel

The control panel is simple in structure and easy to operate, integrating one-button start and stop and precise time control, improving the level of automation, and ensuring the operation safety and long service life.
　

Driving System

The high-quality motor and transmission belt are combined to achieve stable transmission and reliable operation. The motor is resistant to impact and vibration and has a low fault rate. The belt is high in flexibility and easy to replace.
　

Feeding Inlet

The conical feeding structure is adopted to achieve smooth feeding of dry and wet materials, effectively avoiding material blockage and preventing material splashing. The feeding inlet can be easily opened and closed and has excellent sealing performance.
　

Tilting Control Mechanism

The tilting control handle and the worm gear structure are integrated to control the cylinder to tilt at the appropriate angle, operation is easy and convenient, the tilting angle can be flexibly adjusted, and the adaptability and practicability are higher.

　

 (I) Installation
1. Foundation: Fix the support legs onto the cement foundation with expansion screws.
2. Trial running: It is normal when the rotation direction is consistent with the indication mark.

 (II) Usage
Note: The steel balls have been proportioned at the factory and must not be altered arbitrarily by the user.
1. Run the machine without load to thoroughly clean the steel balls and the inner wall of the cylinder.
2. Feeding Process:
(1) Before adding materials, grip the handle to rotate the cylinder by 90° relative to the frame so that the feed inlet can face upward.
(2) Release the handle, lock the position and use a wrench to open the feed inlet.
(3) Add water, ores and reagents sequentially, and then securely cover the feed inlet.
(4) Release the handle, rotate the cylinder back by 90°, and lock it in place.
(5) Operate the machine for the preset duration.
3. Discharging Process:
(1) After the motor stops running, place a receiving basin in position.
(2) Use a wrench to open the discharge outlet.
(3) Release the positioning lock with the handle, then downward rotate the discharge outlet of the cylinder by 90°, and discharge the ore pulp.
4. After completion, clean the machine thoroughly to prepare for subsequent operation.

 (III) Daily Maintenance
1. Clean the machine thoroughly after each use.
2. For intermittent use, add lime water into the cylinder with when the machine is not in operation.
3. Before use, add the appropriate amount of grease to the oil cup of the bearing pedestal.
4. Regularly inspect the power supply voltage and grounding to ensure the good condition.
