Notice:
1.The
machine is suitable for 1kg(about 2.2 lb) chocolate.
2.The temperature of chocolate couldn’t be too low. The
temperature which is about 25-28° is good. Also the chocolate
couldn't be too hard or too soft.
3.You could adjust the depth of blade in the bottom according
to your need. And you can add the shims into the place between
the blades and the knife plate. We have sent many shims with
the machine. The chocolate shavings will be thinner and faster.
4.And the place where put the chocolate is not too tight. If it
is too tight, it might be stuck. You can put the screw to the
maximum and put the suitable chocolate into it.

1）The
counterweight supporting block is placed in the two grooves of
the outer cover, and then the counterweight block is placed
above the supporting block (the counterweight supporting block
can be taken out)
2）Place the chocolate blocks and fix the chocolate by adjusting
the nut
3）Adjust the thickness of chocolate chips by adding and
reducing weight blocks
4）A chocolate chip drawer is pushed to the bottom
5）Switch on the power supply, and adjust the direction of the
cutter wheel by the positive and negative adjustment button to
scrape the chocolate chips of different flower types
6）Turn on the power switch, adjust the scraping speed of
different gears according to the needs
7）Turn off the power switch and pull out the drawer containing
chocolate chips
8）Scrape off, cut off the power supply, remove the cutter head,
wash and wipe the knife dish |
