(I) Pre-Start
Preparation
1. Check
whether there is sufficient lubricating oil in the bearings.
2. Check
whether all fasteners are fully tightened.
3. Check
whether there are metal or other unbreakable debris in the machine.
4. Check
whether the gap between the hammers and screen bars is normal.
5. Rotate
the rotor by hand to check whether it operates normally, whether the
rotation direction is correct, and whether the hammers collide with
other components.
(II) Crusher
Startup
1. Start
the machine only after inspection confirms that the machine and
transmission parts are in normal condition.
2. If
any abnormality is found after startup, stop the machine immediately.
Restart only after identifying and eliminating the abnormality.
(III)
Maintenance and Operation
1. Start
feeding only after the crusher runs normally.
2. Feed
the crushed materials uniformly and distribute them evenly over the full
length of the rotor working part to prevent rotor unbalance and
increased motor load.
3. Check
the screen bars regularly and clear any blockages immediately.
4. Under
normal operation, the bearing temperature rise shall be within 35℃, and
the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. Stop the machine
immediately if the temperature exceeds 70℃, identify the cause and
eliminate it.
5. Stop
feeding before shutdown. Turn off the motor only after all materials in
the crushing chamber are crushed.
6. Replace
the damaged elastic sleeve on the coupling in a timely manner.
7. The
product particle size can be adjusted by the following two methods:
(1) Replace the screen bar type; or insert filling blocks at both ends
of the screen bars installed in the screen rack slots to change the
screen bar gap.
(2) Rotate the eccentric shaft to adjust the gap between the hammers
and screen bars.
8. Stop
the machine immediately if the vibration increases suddenly, identify
the cause and eliminate it.
9. When
assembling or replacing hammers, maintain rotor balance. The total
weight of 6 hammers on each hammer shaft shall be equal to that on the
opposite hammer shaft, with a total deviation not exceeding 100 grams. |
