Feeding Hopper

The hopper type feeding inlet is of a slope structure, is resistant to wear and corrosion, is not prone to deformation and rusting, substantially improves the feeding convenience, reduces the material splashing risk and enhances the operation safety.
　

Blade Set

The double-shaft high-strength blades are combined to form a shearing type shredding structure, can easily shred different materials, and greatly improve the shredding efficiency. The blades are easy to disassemble and replace and convenient to maintain.
　

Driving Motor

Discharging Outlet

2. Connect the machine to the 220V 3-phase power supply with reliable grounding.

3. Turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on. Turn the E-stop switch clockwise to bounce it up, press the Forward button, and the machine starts working.

4. Slowly and evenly feed the materials into the machine.

5. After processing all the materials, wait for all shredded materials to be discharged completely, press the Stop button, and disconnect the power supply.

6. Clean the machine thoroughly.

1. Each time the material is placed, it should not exceed 20-30 cubic decimeters (0.02-0.03 cubic meter) and should not exceed one-third of the hopper. Do not fill the hopper with materials at once.

2. The material should be placed at an interval of about one minute each time to avoid jamming caused by the excessive speed of material placement.

3. If the machine gets stuck due to excessive material placement, immediately reverse the machine for a few revolutions and turn it forward again. Do not feed until the machine is running normally.

4. Check the lubricating oil in the reducer every month to ensure that the lubricating oil is in the position of the oil window (as shown in the figure).

5. Inject appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the nozzles of the four bearing seats every week.

6. When the machine is not in use, it should be turned on and idle for a few minutes every few days, (positive and negative alternately) so that the residue can be cleaned up as soon as possible.
