Precautions for Use
|

1. The
machine is designed to be splash proof. Never use a water jet or
a steam jet on the cabinet. If it is suspected that the control
circuit has been affected by water, switch off the mains, remove
the 13amp plug from its socket and leave the fryer in a warm
place to dry completely.

2. It is
advisable to wait until the oil is cool before discharging the
oil.
